Olga Janeth Marin is a Colombian Visual Artist and teacher. She graduated from the National Open University and distance. Art Specialist in Learning Processes.

Her career lies in video art, short films, embroidery, photography and pedagogy.

She is interested in the value of stories, nature, identity and in general art as interdisciplinary knowledge, experimenting with different concepts and media, as well as the integration of the community as part of the work.

 

In each work, the aesthetic and artistic identity of the everyday life with which it is surrounded is explored.

Founder of the Cinemanrique project, a community collective that documents stories and holds community screenings to develop critical thinking through Cinema.
